The story takes place in a fantasy world inhabited by 4 major races: humans, common and varied gameplay-wise varl, horned giants that serve as DPS-tanks horseborn, centaurs that don't appear until late game and dredge, who are cannon fodder similar to orcs and draugr and the main enemy. Personally I recommend skipping this one, first because it lacks a story, but mostly because due to inactivity it will close its servers in 2 days from me writing this. It consists of, you guessed it, three titles, that are meant to be played on succession, with you carrying the same save from game to game and seeing how the story develops. No joking, it's way more difficult to find good guides or lore breakdowns of this game than it is for, say, Hollow Knight.
