The third axiom was a discovering study that explored the weakness of the scholar pertaining to his/her knowledge about citation indices. The second axiom showed the researcher worries and the different tasks that a scholar juggles: research financial support, institutional laws and regulations, time & money, legality and copy rights, language barrier, tech savvy, web metrics & university ranking. The first axiom reflected the life cycle of the research paper and how each phase affects and influences the next phase. Then this paper discussed discovering study of the researcher knowledge pertaining to both social network service for scientists, scholarly search engines and citation indices. This paper illustrated the difficulties facing e-publishing over cloud computing pertaining to social network service for scientists from three axioms: the life cycle of the research document, an explanation of what a researcher juggles during the course of the production of the document related to research. The aim was two-fold: on the one hand, to find out to what extent the use of SEO affects the traffic of a media website whilst on the other hand, to discover to what degree media professionals in Greece utilize the possibilities given through search engines in order to increase their traffic. The rapidly evolving technologies during the last two decades have undeniably caused great changes in the field of journalism.
Furthermore, the authors' system is adaptive as researchers can synchronize using new social media accounts and efficiently explore new datasets. To facilitate high-precision interactive search, they annotated and interlinked structured research data with ontologies from various repositories in an effective semantic model. Therefore, the authors present a semantic search engine for researchers facilitating search in research related Linked Data. Due the high degree of mismatches between the structure of the content and the vocabularies in different sources, searching over multiple heterogeneous repositories of structured data is considered challenging. The Web of Data extends this functionality by bringing structure and giving well-defined meaning to the content and it enables humans and machines to work together using controlled vocabularies.
